Your Question:

Dear Experts,

What is discharge?

000ooo

The Answer:

Dear 000ooo,

Discharge is a release of fluid. When there's something wet or slightly sticky on your underwear, that's vaginal discharge, also known as leucorrhea.

It's totally normal for healthy girls and women to have a vaginal discharge that may show up on their underwear. It's actually a sign that the vagina is healthy. Normal discharges are either thick and whitish or slippery and clear, depending on where you are in your menstrual cycle.

Hope this information helps!

Take care,
